In the ski orienteering mid-distance women's group competition, which ended on the 2nd of this month, Liu Xiaoting of the Chinese team played her part again and won the bronze medal in 48:40 seconds, which is also her second medal in the Asian Winter Games. The two Kazakh Xian players Novikova and Kuzmina won the championship and runner-up in 31:11 and 34:46 respectively.
