6、 Competition groups and events
(1) Competition group: high school men's group, high school women's group; Junior high school male group and junior high school female group; Primary school men's group A and primary school women's group A; Primary school men group B, primary school women group B.
(2) Competition item: short distance race (limited to primary and junior high schools), medium distance race (limited to senior high school groups), 100-meter orienteering team race
7、 Athlete qualification
(1) Students who must have the official student status in Shenzhen before December 31, 2010 must use the second-generation ID card of the People's Republic of China.
(2) The high school group is limited to registered residence of Guangdong Province, and the other groups are not limited to registered residence (registered residence of athletes from orienteering high-level sports schools and traditional sports schools is not limited).
(3) They must be the students who have been checked by the hospital and proved to be healthy and fit to participate in this event.
(4) It must comply with the Regulations on the Qualification and Registration System of Athletes in Shenzhen School Sports Competition.
(5) The age of the contestants: the senior high school group is limited to be born after September 1, 1993; The junior high school group was born after September 1, 1996; Class A primary school is limited to birth after September 1, 1999; Group B of primary school is born after September 1, 2002.
(6) The top eight athletes who won the competition sponsored by the education department at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level) or jointly with the sports department from 2008 to 2011 will not be ranked individually, but will only record the total score or test of the team. Each school must actively provide the relevant athletes' information when the athletes register for the above conditions.
(7) Qualifications for elite competition: Only the top 24 athletes in each individual event of the 2011 Shenzhen orienteering cross-country championship for primary and secondary school students and the top 12 athletes in the team competition can participate in the elite group competition.
8、 Registration regulations
(1) All secondary, primary and vocational schools in Shenzhen can apply directly (different campuses of the same school can form teams in different campuses), and each school (campus) can only apply for one team in each group.
(2) This competition is divided into two games. Each team is limited to one leader and two coaches. Each team in the championship is limited to four men and four women in each category; Each team participating in the elite competition shall register according to the qualification of the elite competition. Each team is requested to indicate in the registration form the entries of each athlete and the top eight of the provincial or above events.
(3) Team competition (each team in all groups can report to one team for men and one team for women, and the team competition in the championship is 4 people/team).
(4) Date and place of registration: 1. Date of registration for the championship: March 14, 2011; Registration date of the elite competition: September 15, 2011; Place of registration: Room 701, Shenzhen Student Sports Federation (Shenzhen Institute of Education and Science Building); Tel: 82661126; Failure to report within the time limit shall be deemed as failure to report, and shall not be changed, adjusted or supplemented after registration. 2. Team leader and coach meeting time: at 15:00 p.m. on March 18, in the conference room of the Education Bureau of the Civic Center.
(5) Requirements for registration: 1. Each participating team shall submit the data sheet and the application form with official seal of the unit required for registration of Shenzhen primary and secondary school athletes in duplicate (electronic file). The data sheet and application form are uniformly on the website of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Education( http://www.szeb.edu.cn/ )Download the "bulletin board" of the Moral Education, Sports, Health and Art Department. 2. One original and one copy of the second-generation ID card, student ID card and student registration form shall be submitted for examination at the time of registration, and two one-inch bareheaded photos shall be taken (one shall be uniformly pasted with A4 paper, and the school, competition group, athlete name, etc. shall be indicated).
(6) The order book, departure sequence list, number layout and other information of the event materials will be collected at the following address from 9:00 to 18:00 on March 23: Room 188, Building 2, No. 8, Kefeng Road, North District, Nanshan District, Shenzhen (Shenzhen Huaruijian Industry Co., Ltd.)
9、 Competition method
(1) Implement China's Orienteering Competition Rules (for Trial Implementation) and the relevant provisions of this orienteering cross-country competition.
(2) The Chinahealth directional electronic clocking and timing system recommended by the Ministry of Education and produced by Shenzhen Huaruijian Industrial Co., Ltd. is adopted.
(3) The starting method of athletes is determined by the judging committee, and the starting order is determined by computer random drawing (the number of participants in the same group reaches 100 and is randomly divided into two parallel groups; the grouping principle is that the same unit should be as different as possible).
(4) The referee is selected by the organizer.
(5) During the competition, athletes must wear sportswear, sports shoes, number cloth, and hold the special directional compass (provided by themselves) to complete the competition independently. The athlete's finger card (game time card) is provided by themselves.
(6) If the normal operation of the competition is affected by the weather and other special reasons on the day of the competition, the competition activities will be renegotiated by the organizer.
10、 Ranking admission and scoring method
(1) Single admission method: the top 8 students of each category (male and female) will be enrolled in each competition and issued with certificates;
(2) Team ranking and scoring method: the team ranking is awarded to the top 6 men's teams, women's teams and teams respectively (less than 6 teams participate in the competition minus 1 admission). The men's teams are ranked according to the total score of the four men's team members in each game. Women's teams are ranked according to the total points of four women players in each game. The total score of the team is ranked according to the total score of the men and women players in each game. Each single integral method: score by 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Team competition points method: double points for single individual competition.
(3) Players whose scores are cancelled due to fouls in individual competitions will not be counted as the team ranking.
(4) We will select several sports ethics awards, excellent coaches and referees, and issue medals and certificates respectively.
11、 Equipment
(1) The compass and finger card are provided by the athletes themselves, and other competition equipment is provided by the organizers.
(2) This competition uses Shenzhen Huaruijian Chinahealth electronic clocking and timing equipment.

12、 Penalty provisions
(1) In any of the following circumstances, the result is invalid or disqualified:
1. Members of the delegation leave the reserve area without permission;
2. Those who accept or provide help for others, such as pointing the way, finding points, etc;
3. Those who use vehicles and communication tools in the competition;
4. The coach (team leader) fails to concentrate in the designated area as required during the competition;
5. Athletes who fail to start in accordance with the specified batch;
6. Those who lose the finger card, number cloth and map during the competition;
7. Those who can't finish the race and print the results;
8. If coaches, leaders and athletes enter the competition venue without permission during the competition time, their team results will be cancelled. (Four supervisors will be appointed to patrol the venue with video cameras);
9. If there is any fake name to replace the contestant, once found, the whole team will be disqualified, the team's total score will be cancelled, the whole team will be suspended for one year and criticized.
(2) Other processing:
1. If the athlete is unable to complete the competition due to injury, illness or other reasons during the competition, he/she can withdraw from the competition by himself/herself. After withdrawing from the competition, he/she must use his/her finger card to score at Chengtong;
2. The coach shall submit a written report to the finish line if the athletes withdraw from the competition for some reason before departure.
(3) Appeal:
Anyone who has any objection to the performance, qualification and judgment of the contestants must submit the Grievance Report signed by the team leader and the appeal fee of 500 yuan to the organizing committee within one hour after the announcement of the competition results before accepting the appeal. The original amount of the appeal fee for winning the case will be refunded; If the appeal is invalid, the appeal fee shall be submitted to the organizing committee for handling. 13、 Expenses and insurance (I) The expenses of the participating teams shall be borne by themselves.
(2) Athletes, coaches and team leaders must apply for "personal accident insurance".
