4、 Competition
Omnidirectional. This race is divided into several stages, each stage is "field orientation, mountain bike orientation, Guzhai orientation, 100-meter orientation, water orientation" and other projects.
5、 Entry method
(1) Eligibility: Members of the China Orienteering Association or sports associations, clubs, colleges and universities and relevant institutions in all provinces (regions, cities), cities specifically designated in the state plan and the PLA system can apply.
(2) There are 20 representative teams, each team is limited to 5, including 3 male athletes, 1 female athlete, and 1 leader and coach.
(3) The athletes are between 18 and 50 years old and healthy.
(4) Athletes should master the skills of mountain biking, boating, swimming and other skills, and have the ability to follow the rules of orienteering competition.
(5) All participants must apply for "personal accident insurance" during the competition (the insured amount is not less than 200000 yuan, and the additional medical treatment is 10000 yuan). A copy of the insurance documents must be submitted for inspection at the time of check-in. Those without insurance are not allowed to participate.
(6) China Orienteering Association will review and determine the qualification.
6、 Competition method
Refer to the Rules of Orienteering Competition.
7、 Judgement and arbitration
(1) Referee:
1. The main judges are selected by the organizer.
2. Other judges shall be selected by the organizer.
(2) Arbitration Commission: composed of 3-5 people, appointed by the sponsor.
8、 Admission Rank and Rewards
(1) The total score of the admission group is the top eight.
(2) Certificates and bonuses (totaling 20000 yuan) will be awarded to the top eight teams who have won the team's total score, and trophies will be awarded to the top three teams.
(3) Organize the selection of sports teams for sports ethics and fashion awards, and issue trophies.
9、 Registration and registration
(1) Registration: All participating teams shall fill in the registration form as required and send it to the mailbox of China Orienteering Association before July 31, 2011: oacmail@126.com At the same time, fax the application form with official seal to 010-67050792.
(2) Registration: The time and place of registration will be notified separately.
10、 Funding
(1) The entry fee is 200 yuan per team.
(2) The board and lodging during the competition (from lunch on August 11 to breakfast on August 14) shall be the responsibility of the event organizing committee of this station, and the extra days shall be borne by itself.
(3) The event organizing committee will reimburse the round-trip transportation expenses (equipment freight) of each participating team (five athletes and coaches in total) from the local area to Ziyuan County. The reimbursement standard is limited to the tickets of the train hard-seat or long-distance bus (self-driving is reimbursed according to the corresponding standard), and the excess expenses will be borne by itself.
11、 Others
(1) Each team has two team flags (No. 2, 2.4m × 1.6 meters), one side of which will be handed over to the organizing committee when checking in.
(2) All teams must wear uniform clothes and take care of their own clothes, shoes and hats.
(3) The athletes of each representative team must provide the following equipment: the north compass, 26 type mountain sports bike (one for each participant), bicycle helmet, headlights, cross-country portable backpack, outdoor clothes and pants (full length) suitable for the competition environment, sports shoes, etc.
(4) The return train tickets of each delegation can be booked in advance by the conference group. The return ticket booking form must be reported to the China Orienteering Association together with the registration form, otherwise it will be deemed as self-purchased return tickets.
(5) At the time of check-in, each participating team must pay a deposit of 200 yuan for the electronic finger card, and return the finger card and the deposit after the game.
