Announcement on the Closing of the Orienteering Off-road Project of the Ninth National University Games

In order to ensure that the orienteering cross-country competition of the Ninth University Games of the People's Republic of China is held fairly and justly, and effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of orienteering in China's colleges and universities, from the date of the announcement to September 2012, it is strictly prohibited for any provincial, autonomous regional, and municipal orienteering teams outside Tianjin to participate in the event in any name in the four suburbs, five counties, and central urban areas of Tianjin The Binhai New Area and other jurisdictions carry out orienteering competitions, training and site inspection. In case of any discovery, once verified, a warning or disqualification will be imposed according to the situation.
It is hoped that the teams will inform each other and supervise each other to ensure the successful completion of the orienteering competition of the Universiade.
