Members:
In order to further promote the development of the national student orienteering cause, promote the work exchange of the branch, strengthen information communication, summarize the work of this branch, and elect the chairman of the next branch, the notice of the 2012 annual member congress and the new working session of the orienteering branch of the China University Sports Association is scheduled to be held in Beijing on January 23, 2013. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Participants:
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, members of professional committees and representatives of member schools of the Orienteering Branch of the China University Sports Association;
2、 Schedule:
Registration date: January 22 (full day registration);
Date of the meeting: January 23 (full day meeting);
Departure date: Departure in the morning of January 24.
3、 About registration:
（1） Place of registration: Science and Technology Building of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (northwest corner of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, No. 10, Xitucheng Road, Haidian District, Beijing);
（2） Travel mode:
Take a taxi from Beijing West Railway Station to the hotel for about 30 yuan, or take a 387 (east of Huizhong Road) to Mingguangqiao North and walk 500 meters north to the hotel;
Take a taxi from Beijing South Railway Station to the hotel for about 40 yuan, or take the subway to Chegongzhuang Station of Line 2, and then take 562 (or 693 or 632) to the north of Mingguang Bridge through the third station, and walk 500 meters north to the hotel;
Take a taxi from Beijing Station to the hotel for about 35 yuan, or take the subway to Chegongzhuang Station of Line 2, and then take 562 (or 693 or 632) to the north of Mingguangqiao through three stops, and walk 500 meters north to the hotel;
Take the airport special line from the airport to Sanyuanqiao, transfer to subway line 10 to Mudanyuan Station, and then transfer to bus 304 (or 16) to the north of Mingguangqiao, and then travel 500 meters north to the hotel. If you take a taxi for the whole journey, you can get there at about 78 yuan.

4、 Meeting expenses:
Each participant shall pay 800 yuan (including board and lodging) for the conference, and the round-trip transportation expenses shall be borne by himself.
5、 Agenda:
（1） Summary of the work of the branch from 2008 to 2012;
（2） Commending outstanding contribution units and individuals;
（3） Elect the chairman unit of the next branch.
6、 Others
（1） Please send the receipt form (see the attachment) to the Orienteering Branch of the China University Sports Association before January 15, 2013. If you need to book a car/air ticket, please explain in the receipt form;
（2） If any member units have any suggestions for the next annual meeting and the work of the association, please also tell us in the receipt form. （3） Member schools that do not participate in this session of the General Assembly without any reason will be disqualified from membership.
