The 2013 National Student Orienteering Cross-country Championship is about to be held. In order to cooperate with the Organizing Committee of the Games to do a good job in the organization of the competition and successfully complete the competition, the relevant competition matters are hereby announced as follows:

2、 About Enclosed Sites
In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the competition, before the registration date of the competition, except for the local contestants in Zhongshan City and the chairman unit of the branch, all other contestants shall not enter Zhongshan City in advance, and shall not conduct orientation training and related activities within the jurisdiction of Zhongshan City before the competition. Once found, the contestant will be disqualified from the competition.
3、 About registration
1. When checking in, you must carry the original student ID card and the second generation ID card, and enter the fingerprint at the check-in place. The second generation ID card is identified by the ID card identifier.
2. All units report for duty by themselves, and the organizing committee will only arrange to pick up the station at Nanlang Station (intercity train) in Zhongshan City. The pick up time will be from 08:15 a.m. to 18:40 p.m. on August 15, 2013. The contact person for picking up the station: Mr. Zhou 13822709515 or Ms. Wen 13302599370.
3. All participating teams report all day on August 15. If there are participating teams that report in advance (only from 14:00 to 18:00 on August 14), they must make an appointment by telephone and fax the registration information before July 25, indicating the information and contact number of the male and female team coaches and team leaders, fax number: 0760-85501224, telephone appointment contact person
