Notice on Registration for 2014 National Student Orienteering Championship
Members:
Registration for the National Student Orienteering Championships began in 2014. This year, instead of using the previous website registration system, it will download the form to register. Please enter the attachment to download the application form of the corresponding group, and register in strict accordance with the competition rules and the following requirements.
1、 All units are requested to compress the application documents and send them to the mailbox of the directional branch of the China University Sports Association before June 25（ cuoa@vip.163.com ）Please call 18810919302/010-82322966 for confirmation after the mail is sent. Overdue will not be accepted.
2、 The application documents include: 1. Application form (one copy of 300-point jp file and one copy of Excel after printing and sealing the official seal); 2. Photos of leaders/coaches and athletes. Mail without any item shall be deemed invalid and rejected.
3、 Email name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Materials"; Folder name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group"; Name of the registration form: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Form"; Name of photo: "name number" or "name leader/coach". Mail not named according to the requirements shall be deemed invalid and not accepted.
4、 Registration is subject to the valid registration documents submitted by each unit for the first time. Other subsequent registration documents will not be accepted. If the invalid email of the same company exceeds 2 times, the registration documents of the same company will not be accepted. Please fill in the application form carefully according to the sample form.
5、 The registration form can be downloaded from the attachment of the targeted branch website www.cuoa.org. All application forms are printed by computer, and handwriting is not acceptable; If there is a registered card number or a card number approved by Hua Ruijian, it must be filled in.
6、 The unit code in the registration form is the number in brackets after the participating unit. "Unit code, participating unit, gender, project, previous group and ranking (the 16th and later ones do not need to be filled in)" is selected from the drop-down menu. Athlete numbers are automatically generated, with tail numbers 1-4 for men and 5-8 for women. Date of birth is entered by 19 * * year * month * day.
7、 Number of entries: individual items are calculated by the number of participants in each item, and collective items are calculated by the teams participating in each item. See the sample table for details.
8、 Accommodation days: 7 days for check-in on July 17 and 6 days for check-in on July 18.
