Notice on Registration for the 2015 National Student Orienteering Championship

The 2015 National Student Orienteering Championship continued to use the download form to register. Members who have completed the pre-registration are invited to enter the attachment to download the registration form of the corresponding group, and register in strict accordance with the competition rules and the following requirements.
1、 All units are requested to pack and compress the application documents before June 15 and send them to the mailbox of the directional branch of the China University Sports Association（ cuoa@vip.163.com ）, please make sure to call 13716385713/010-82322966 for confirmation after the mail is sent. Overdue will not be accepted
2、 The application documents include: 1. Application form (one copy of Excel file and one copy of 300-point jpg format scanned file printed and stamped with official seal); 2. Photos of leaders/coaches and athletes. Mail without any item shall be deemed invalid and rejected.
3、 Email name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Materials"; Folder name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group"; Name of the registration form: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Form"; The photo is named directly by name. Mail not named according to the requirements shall be deemed invalid and not accepted.
4、 The unit code in the registration form is the number in brackets after the participating unit. "Unit code, participating unit, gender, project, previous group and ranking (the person who comes after the 8th place does not need to fill in)" is selected from the drop-down menu. Athlete numbers are automatically generated, with tail numbers 1-4 for men and 5-8 for women. Date of birth is entered on the basis of 19/20.
5、 The registration photos must comply with the technical standards of digital photos for the second generation of resident ID card issued and issued by the Ministry of Public Security: the photos used must be the recent bareheaded color head portrait, without standard clothing, and the residents who often wear glasses should wear glasses, with the head accounting for 2/3 of the size of the photo, the white background has no frame, the portrait is clear, the level is rich, the appearance is natural, and there is no obvious distortion, the photo size: 32mm × 26mm； Pixel specification: 358 pixels (wide) × 441 pixels (high), resolution 350dpi; Color mode: 24-bit RGB true color.
6、 Registration fee: the number of delegates multiplied by 300 yuan/person. The number of representative teams is calculated according to the number of people (including leaders and coaches) appearing on the registration form.
7、 Accommodation: Accommodation is calculated by 6 days. The number of board and lodging is calculated according to the number of people on the registration form. In addition to school-level leaders, leaders and coaches must stay with the team. If the school-level leaders arrange accommodation by themselves, the number of accommodation will be calculated according to the number of people on the registration form minus one. Please indicate on the application form whether the school-level leader is staying with the team. Early check-in is not accepted for the competition, and check-in is unified on July 14. (Note: During the competition, it is the peak tourist season in Changbai Mountain, and beds are hard to find. The school-level team leader who plans to arrange accommodation by himself must book the accommodation in advance. Once it is confirmed on the registration form that he will not stay with the team, the competition will no longer be responsible for helping to solve the accommodation problem)
8、 All teams with students majoring in sports and military academies can only sign up to participate in the competitions of professional groups in colleges and universities.
9、 All application forms shall be filled in by computer, and handwriting shall not be accepted; If there is a registered card number and a card number approved by Hua Ruijian (card number 9 * * *, a card with a branch logo; Hua Ruijian contact person: Liang Qiuping; telephone: 18038056877/0755-26501766), it must be filled in.
10、 Registration is subject to the valid registration documents submitted by each unit for the first time. Other subsequent registration documents will not be accepted. If the invalid application mail is submitted more than 2 times (including), the application documents of the unit will not be accepted. Please fill in the application form carefully according to the sample form.
