Notice on Holding the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Directional Branch of the China University Sports Association

In order to better summarize the work in 2015, the 2016 work plan was formulated. With the approval of the China University Sports Association, the annual meeting of the directional branch of the China University Sports Association will be held at the Zhuhai Police Officer Cultural Activity Center from December 29 to 31, 2015. The meeting will be jointly hosted by Sun Yat-sen University and the Zhuhai Youth Orienteering Association. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Participants:
The chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general, deputy secretary-general, heads of professional committees, representatives of member units, and representatives of units interested in joining the branch of China University Sports Association.
2、 Schedule:
（1） In the afternoon of December 29: report (Zhuhai Police Officer Cultural Activity Center)
（2） December 30
Morning: plenary meetings, special reports, meetings of professional committees;
Afternoon: Headmaster orienteering experience contest (venue to be notified)
（3） On the morning of December 31: leave the meeting
3、 Expenses
（1） Conference fee: 900 yuan
（2） Travel expenses shall be borne by yourself, and the accommodation standard is:
1. Single room: Class A, 390 yuan/room • day; Class B, 500 yuan/room • day;
2. Double room: Class C, 220 yuan/person • day; Class D, 260 yuan/person • day;
Class E, 300 yuan/person • day
4、 Meeting content:
（1） Summary of the work of the branch in 2015
（2） Main work plan for 2016
（3） Special reports, meetings of professional committees and representatives' speeches and exchanges
（4） Recognition of outstanding contributions in 2015
（5） Headmaster orientation experience contest

（1） Please send the "participation receipt" to the mailbox of the directional branch of the China University Sports Association before December 20, 2015 cuoa@vip.163.com (electronic version and fax version) and the mailbox of Zhuhai Youth Orienteering Association 451281574@qq.com 。 For those who fail to submit the "participation receipt" within the specified time, the conference reception team will not guarantee to arrange the check-in according to their requirements.
（2） All round-trip buses/air tickets are booked online, and the organizing committee will not arrange ticket booking; The conference does not provide shuttle service.
（3） If you have any suggestions and opinions on the work of the Association, please also tell us in the "receipt". We will compile the suggestions and proposals submitted by representatives before December 20 and discuss the key issues during the meeting. For those who fail to submit the receipt within the specified time, due to the tight meeting time, their temporary proposal will not be arranged for discussion.
