All relevant schools:
The pre-season training camp for the 2016 National Student Orienteering Championship is under intense preparation. The relevant arrangements of the training camp are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Training Camp Schedule

7月11日	团队赛专项技术训练	水淹坪	短距离专项技术训练	上水桥村	休息
7月12日	团队赛专项技术训练	德卧	中距离长距离积分赛	冗爱村	1.20:00-21:00,全程组技术分享会 2..21:10-21:40,基于教练员和运动员视角的规则学习

7月17日	全国学生锦标赛报到。训练营协助联系包车前往兴义市八中报到

Note: The above is the whole service arrangement. The training camp has the right to adjust the training plan according to the actual needs.
2、 Schedule of training camp
（1） Morning
1. Get up: 6:00
2. Breakfast: 6:45-7:15
3. Departure by bus: 7:30 (location: in front of the gate of Jufu Hotel)
（2） Morning
1 Training: 8:30-11:00
2. Chinese food: 12:00-12:30
（3） Noon
Rest: 13:00-14:00
（4） Afternoon
1 Training: 14:30-17:00
2. Return by bus: 17:30 (place of bus: to be notified)
3. Dinner: 18:30-19:30
（5） Evening
Sharing meeting: 20:00-21:30 (conference room of Sunshine Hotel)
Bedtime: 22:30
Note: The above is the working and rest time of the whole service. The training camp has the right to adjust the schedule according to the actual needs.
3、 Traffic information
（1） Arrive Xingren via Guiyang
1. Guiyang Bus Terminal: 08:00-12:00. There are three buses to Xingren every day.
2. Guiyang Jinyang Bus Station: 08:00-15:00, five buses to Xingren every day.
The specific shift and time shall be subject to the timetable of each bus station on that day.
