Notice on Registration for 2017 National Student Orienteering Championship

Members:
The 2017 National Student Orienteering Championship continued to use the download form to register. Please enter the attachment to download the application form of the corresponding group, and register in strict accordance with the competition rules and the following requirements.
1、 All units are requested to pack and compress the application documents before June 22 and send them to the mailbox of the directional branch of the China University Sports Association（ cuoa@vip.163.com ）After sending the email, please call Shao Jingfang 1881100969 and Lu Yiming 15652659958/010-82322966 for confirmation. Overdue will not be accepted.
2、 The application documents include: 1. Application form (one copy of Excel file and one copy of 300-point jpg format scanned file printed and stamped with official seal); 2. Photos of leaders/coaches and athletes. Mail without any item shall be deemed invalid and rejected.
3、 Email name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Materials"; Folder name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group"; Name of the registration form: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Form"; The photo is directly named by name (only by name). Mail not named according to the requirements shall be deemed invalid and not accepted.
4、 The unit code in the registration form is the number in brackets after the participating unit. "Unit code, participating unit, gender, project, previous group and ranking (the person who comes after the 8th place does not need to fill in)" is selected from the drop-down menu. Athlete numbers are automatically generated, with tail numbers 1-4 for men and 5-8 for women. Date of birth is entered on the basis of 19 * * year * month * day or 20 * * year * month * day.
5、 The registration photos must comply with the technical standards of digital photos for the second generation of resident ID card issued and issued by the Ministry of Public Security: the photos used must be the recent bareheaded color head portrait, without standard clothing, and the residents who often wear glasses should wear glasses, with the head accounting for 2/3 of the size of the photo, the white background has no frame, the portrait is clear, the level is rich, the appearance is natural, and there is no obvious distortion, the photo size: 32mm × 26mm； Pixel specification: 358 pixels (wide) × 441 pixels (high), resolution 350dpi; Color mode: 24-bit RGB true color.
6、 Entry fee: Multiply the number of entries in the individual events of the representative team by 60 yuan (each item per person). The number of individual events of the representative team is the total number of individual events registered by all members of the representative team, excluding collective events.
7、 Accommodation: Accommodation is calculated by 7 days. The number of board and lodging is calculated according to the number of people on the registration form. To strengthen the safety management of participating teams; At least one teacher from each participating team will stay with the team. The Games will not accept early check-in and departure, but will be checked in on July 18 and leave on July 25.
8、 Since there are less than 6 teams participating in the competition, the representative teams of military academies can only sign up for the competition of professional teams of colleges and universities. Undergraduate colleges and universities that participated in the professional group of colleges and universities in 2016 and had no students from sports colleges and departments among the athletes this year participated in the competition of undergraduate group C; Undergraduate colleges and universities that participated in the elite group of colleges and universities in 2016 and had no special sports students or students from sports colleges and departments among the athletes this year participated in the competition of undergraduate group C; In 2016, the elite group of colleges and universities and this year's athletes did not have special sports students, but the undergraduate colleges and universities with sports students participated in the competition of the professional group of colleges and universities.
9、 All application forms shall be filled in by computer, and handwriting shall not be accepted; If there is a registered card number and a card number approved by Hua Ruijian (card number 9 * * *, with a branch logo; Hua Ruijian contact person: Liang Qiuping; telephone: 13686897891/0755-26504266), it must be filled in.
10、 Registration is subject to the valid registration documents submitted by each unit for the first time. Other subsequent registration documents will not be accepted. If the invalid application mail is submitted more than 2 times (including), the application documents of the unit will not be accepted. Please fill in the application form carefully according to the sample form.
