All relevant units:
According to the 2018 National Student Orienteering Championships Notice (GXD (2018) TZ No. 004), high school students who meet the conditions of "8 (1) and (2)" and who do not meet the conditions of "8 (3)" can apply to participate in the competition of high school elite group; Junior high school students who meet the conditions of "10 (1) and (2)" and who do not meet the conditions of "10 (3)" can apply to participate in the competition of junior high school elite group.
