The first orientation training for children was held in Zhejiang

Preschool orienteering is a natural, physical and intellectual sport, especially parent-child orienteering plays a unique role in cultivating parent-child tacit understanding and coordinating parent-child relationship. In order to make the educational value of orienteering for children benefit more children, the first orienteering training for children in Zhejiang Province, sponsored by the Zhejiang Children's Sports Association and undertaken by Hangzhou Chaohui Kindergarten, was held in Hangzhou a few days ago, attracting teachers from 36 kindergartens across the province.
The one-and-a-half day training taught kindergarten teachers the concept of orienteering for children at home and abroad, the development process of orienteering for children, the use and production of maps, the design and organization of orienteering for children, and other contents through orienteering theory, practical lectures and intellectual and physical competitions. The majority of teachers have said that they have gained a lot. Through training, they have a deeper understanding of children's orienteering, especially improved their understanding of the value of developing children's body, language, logical thinking, social interaction and other aspects, and further clarified the direction of future efforts, so as to better carry out early childhood education.
