Rule of Law Taoyuan • Safe Homeland I 2019 Taoyuan Street Rule of Law Publicity Activity and Orienteering Cross-Road Challenge was held successfully

On November 23, the 2019 Taoyuan Street Rule of Law Publicity Activity and Orienteering Cross-country Challenge, hosted by Shenzhen Taoyuan Street, hosted by Shenzhen Orienteering Association and co-organized by Shenzhen South University of Science and Technology, was held at South University of Science and Technology. Huang Jian, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Taoyuan Sub-district, Wu Jianghong, member of the Party Working Committee of Taoyuan Sub-district and head of the Legal Construction Department, Dong Lunhong, director of the Sports Department of the South University of Science and Technology, and other leaders attended the event. There were 88 teams from 22 units in Taoyuan Sub-district, including the community and campus, and more than 500 people participated in the event.

With the theme of "rule of law and safe homeland in Taoyuan", this activity closely combines the rule of law knowledge such as fraud prevention, anti-terrorism, drug control, traffic safety and orienteering, aiming to improve the legal awareness and self-protection awareness of the people in Taoyuan street area through interesting activities, so as not to let people's lives and property be threatened。

Before the event, Huang Jian, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Taoyuan Street, delivered a speech. He said: orienteering is a combination of knowledge, interest, mass and competitiveness. Taoyuan Street has combined the rule of law with orienteering for the first time. We hope that all competitors will show their own style and spirit.

The orienteering cross-country challenge adopts the point competition system, with six people as a team. The participating teams are required to complete the legal knowledge contest and answer tasks in order according to the map guidance, and carry out the interesting game breakthrough. The team with the highest score in the specified time is the winning team.

After fierce competition, "Taoyuan - Move with Your Heart" from Taoyuan Community won the first prize of the community group, the home advantage of South University of Science and Technology won the first prize of the campus group, and the "Victory Team" from Shenzhen Xili Investment Development Co., Ltd. won the first prize as expected.
