For groups with more than 120 applicants, the individual competition will be divided into two groups, A and B, and the ranking will be awarded separately.
6. Entry method:
(1) Register for the competition as a representative team. For any provincial (regional, municipal) championship or similar level competition held before August 2010, the sports team must first participate in the provincial competition before registering for the national championship. Otherwise, you must get the approval of the provincial association or the competent department of the Sports Bureau before you can participate. If there is no provincial (regional, municipal) championship or competition of the same type held before August 2010, you can directly register for the competition.
(2) All athletes participating in the national championships must hold an athlete registration certificate issued by the State Sports General Administration. Athletes who are not currently registered can go through the registration procedures at the registration desk when registering for the competition.
(3) Each team can apply for one leader and one coach; athletes of each age group are limited to four men and four women.
(4) Eligibility for the four elite categories of M21E, W21E, M18E and W18E:
1. National team and national youth team athletes;
2. Athletes participating in the elite group of the 2009 National Championship;
3. Athletes in the elite group of the 2009 National Championships;
4. The top 8 athletes in the adult group A and youth group A in the 2009 National Championships;
5. Athletes approved by the China Orienteering Association (see attachment 2 for the application form).
(5) For the adult men's M21B group and adult women's W21B group, only club athletes (non-student athletes) who have trained for less than one year can register.
(6) There will be 3 sets in the relay race, and there will be no separate elite group relay race. Elite athletes can participate in relay races of the same age group, but each team and each age group are only allowed to report to one relay team.
(7) Athletes can report to the higher difficulty group, and women's athletes can report to the corresponding men's group.
(8) All athletes, coaches, and team leaders participating in the competition must apply for "personal accident insurance" during the competition (the insured amount is not less than 200,000 yuan, the minimum insured amount for minors is not less than 100,000 yuan, and additional medical care is required. Ten thousand yuan). When registering, a copy of the insurance document must be submitted. Those without insurance are not allowed to participate. (9) Athletes in the Nordic Walking Orienteering category only participate in short distance competitions.
7. Competition method:
(1) Execute according to "Orienteering Competition Rules" (latest edition).
(2) The starting method of the athletes is determined by the arbitration committee, and the starting order is determined by a random lottery by the computer.
(3) Supervision of international competitions is selected by the International Federation, the main referees and arbitrations are selected by the China Orienteering Association, and the assistant referees are selected by the organizer.
(4) Where there are objections to competition results, referees' enforcement, qualifications of participating athletes, etc.,
Appealers must submit the "Appeal Report" signed by the team leader and an appeal fee of 500 yuan to the organizing committee within 30 minutes of the announcement of the competition results. If the case is won, the original amount of the appeal fee will be refunded.
8. Admission Ranking:
(1) Single event: The top 8 in each category and each category will be awarded a medal certificate.
(2) Relay: Enroll the top 6 and award medal certificates.
(3) Groups: Enroll the top 8 and award trophies and certificates. The team scores are calculated for the short and long distance races, based on the 3 best scores of each team.
(4) When the number of participants (teams) is 7-10 people (teams), the top 6 will be admitted; when 5-6 people (teams), the top 3 will be admitted; when 3-4 people (teams), the top 2 will be admitted , 2 people (teams) or less will not be admitted.
(5) Selection of Sports Ethics Award: Several representatives, athletes, coaches, and referees will be awarded certificates respectively.
9. Registration and check-in:
(1) All participating teams are requested to submit the paper or electronic registration form and photo comparison form to the China Orienteering Association before September 28, 2010. (See the attachment for the registration form.)
(2) Registration time: 8:00 to 18:00 on October 21, 2010.

(4) At the time of registration, the qualification review committee will conduct a qualification review of all athletes. All athletes participating in the age group of 16 years and above must report with their original ID cards. Athletes of the age group under 16 must report with their student IDs, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate.
10. Entry fees:
(1) The entry fee for the sports team is 290 yuan per person (including 200 yuan for registration, 60 yuan for lunch during the competition, and 30 yuan for long-distance round-trip transportation). The participation fee of the member units of the China Orienteering Association can get a discount of 40 yuan per person.
(2) Participation fee payment:
Please pay the entry fee (290 yuan per person) to the following account designated by the organizing committee before September 30 to confirm the registration as a registration deposit. Failure to pay the registration deposit on time will be deemed invalid.

After the entry fee is remitted, please send the remittance information (including: registration unit name, remittance date, amount and remittance account number) to the competition organizing committee email: oacentry@126.com, and contact the organizing committee to check and confirm the registration success.
11. Accommodation and transportation arrangements:
All participating teams are responsible for their own board and lodging and transportation expenses.
(1) Accommodation: The hotels recommended by the organizing committee for each team are mainly Jinhui International Business Conference Hotel and nearby hotels. The team can choose the following criteria:
Type A: Express Standard Room (including breakfast), the cost is 100 yuan/day/person.
Type B: Standard room (including breakfast), the cost is 130 yuan/day/person.
Category C: Business Standard Room (including breakfast), the cost is 150 yuan/day/person.
When registering, please fill in the accommodation standards in order of priority. Arrange the housing according to the order of registration. If the rooms of the standard are full, the second and third choices will be given priority in order to fill in. If all rooms are fully booked, the representative team should arrange accommodation by themselves.
(2) Meals: The organizing committee will provide fast food for lunch during the competition, and the rest will be taken care of by themselves.
(3) Transportation: Except for the long-distance round-trip transportation arranged by the organizing committee, the transportation for the rest of the competition is self-care.
12. Others:
(1) Competition restricted area: Dongxiaokou Forest Park, Dongba Park, Botanical Garden, Olympic Forest Park North Park, Huairou Reservoir area, Miyunxi Wengzhuang area, Fengtai Palace Forest Park area. From now until the start of the game, no one can enter the restricted area without the permission of the China Orienteering Association. If found, a warning will be given as appropriate to the disqualification of the competition.
(2) At the time of registration, each athlete needs to pay an electronic finger card deposit of 100 yuan. After the game, return the finger card and return the deposit (to be handled by the team leader or coach).
(3) At the opening ceremony, a collective unveiling ceremony for the national team will be held. All national team athletes must wear national team costumes.
(4) Each representative team shall prepare its own team flag (No. 2, 2.4 meters × 1.6 meters).
13. The regulations are interpreted by the China Orienteering Association.
