Notice on Handling the Certificate of Technical Grade of Directional Athletes

In order to do a good job in the declaration, review and award of the technical grade of directional athletes in 2010, the athletes who need to declare the technical grade should prepare the relevant materials according to the relevant provisions of the National Technical Grade Standards for Directional Athletes (Trial) and submit them to the China Directional Sports Association before November 22, 2010. The Association will conduct centralized review and handling of the received applications, and the applications received after the deadline will be postponed to the first quarter of 2011.
The application materials for the technical grade of directional athletes include the Application Form for Technical Grade of Athletes (including photos, in triplicate), the Application Form for Technical Grade of Athletes (in triplicate), the Certificate of Achievement of Technical Grade of Athletes (in triplicate), the copy of the certificate of award (in triplicate) and the recent bareheaded 2-inch certificate photo of myself (in triplicate), without any charge.

On the application form of athlete's technical grade: please fill in the relevant contents and stamp it on the relevant units. The "opinions of the applicant unit" should be the opinions of the athlete's registration unit, and the "opinions of the examination authority" should be the opinions of the provincial sports competent department or the provincial association. The approval authority's opinion is that of China Orienteering Association.
