In order to strengthen the orienteering and social and cultural exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, Hong Kong and Macao, the China Orienteering Association and the Hong Kong Orienteering Federation will jointly hold the 2010 Cross-Strait, Hong Kong and Macao Orienteering Open and the Orienteering for Beautiful Chinese Youth in Guanyinge Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, from December 24 to 27, 2010. The competition rules are now distributed to you. Please hurry up and make all preparations.

If the number of participants in a certain group is very small, the organizing committee has the right to merge the competition groups. When the number of participants in a certain group exceeds 120, it will automatically be divided into groups A and B, and will be admitted separately.

7、 Entry method (Mainland athletes):
(1) Each team will sign up as a representative team.
(2) Each team can report one leader and one coach; The number of athletes in each age group is limited to 6.
(3) Adult male M21C group and adult female W21C group are limited to club athletes (non student athletes) who have trained for less than one year.
(4) The relay race has three strokes.
(5) Athletes can report to more difficult groups, and women's athletes can report to corresponding men's groups.
(6) All athletes, coaches and team leaders participating in the competition must apply for "personal accident insurance" during the competition (the insured amount is not less than 200000 yuan, the insured amount for minors is not less than 100000 yuan, and the additional medical treatment is 10000 yuan). A copy of the insurance documents must be submitted when checking in. Those without insurance are not allowed to participate. For insurance matters, you can also contact China Sports Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. of the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China to apply for special insurance for orienteering games (Tel: 010-67162121 to 8054, Fax: 010-67184566 Contact: Yao Cheng)
(7) Participants must have the ability to participate in the competition in accordance with the rules of orienteering competition (including good physical condition, skilled technology and the ability of their comprehensive quality to adapt to the competition terrain, competition difficulty and climate, etc.), and the participating teams and individuals are fully responsible for their own safety.
8、 Competition method:
(1) According to the Rules of Orienteering Competition (2008).
(2) The starting mode of athletes is determined by the Arbitration Commission, and the starting order is determined by computer random drawing.
(3) The event supervision, arbitration and main judges are selected by the China Orienteering Association.
(4) Anyone who has any objection to the competition results, the referee's law enforcement, the qualification of the contestants, etc., shall submit the "Complaint Report" signed by the leader and the appeal fee of 500 yuan to the organizing committee within 30 minutes after the announcement of the competition results. If the case is successful, the original amount of the appeal fee will be refunded.
(5) Practice match: no practice match will be arranged for this match.
(6) Scope of restricted area: Guanyinge Town, Boluo County. Time limit: from today to December 24, 2010.
9、 Registration time:
Before 24:00, November 20 to December 15, 2010, see Annex I for the registration form.
10、 Entry fee:
Each team shall pay its own participation fee. Entry fee limit:
(1) Participate in the three-day (25-27) competition:
Before 24:00 on December 5, the entry fee is RMB 200 per person;
After 24:00 on December 5, the entry fee is RMB 250 per person;
Registration will not be accepted after 24:00 on December 13.
(2) Participants in one-day or two-day events:
On a daily basis, the entry fee for each event is RMB100 per person.
11、 Accommodation:
The accommodation of each team is arranged by themselves, and the conference does not uniformly arrange accommodation.
(1) Accommodation recommended by the conference.
Sports teams participating in all events are preferred. The number of rooms is limited. First come, first served.
1. Guanyinge Town Hotel, you can walk to and from the competition area. Check-in time: 24-26, check out on the 27th.
A1 standard: single bed room is 110 yuan/room/day, and can accommodate 2 people. Please indicate in the registration form.
A2 standard: 80 yuan/person/day for a double room.
2. Self-service camping area in Guanyinge Town, 25 yuan/person, unlimited time.
Camping grounds are provided, tents and cooking utensils are provided, and you can walk back and forth to the competition area. During the competition, the camp provides temporary toilets, showers and water and electricity. There is a meat market in Guanyinge Town, and athletes can cook their own food in the camp.
3. The conference provides information about hotels in Luoyang Town, Boluo City, and those who want to stay can contact and book by themselves. The conference can provide transportation vehicles to and from the competition area every day. From Luoyang Town to Guanyinge Town, the bus departs from Luoyang Town at a fixed time in the morning, and the return time departs within half an hour after the effective time of the competition. The cost is 30 yuan/person/day. If you need this transportation service, please select it in the registration form.
(2) Catering arrangements recommended by the conference (limited number of seats, first reported, first served):
Form: round meal.
Standard: 200 yuan/person/4 days.
Time: dinner on the 24th - lunch on the 27th.
Due to the need to book hotels and meals in advance, the organizing committee will not make refunds if the participating units and individuals fail to stay and eat as scheduled.
More accommodation information will be announced in the next announcement.
12、 Precautions:
After completing the registration form, please send an email to topway2005@126.com 。 Please confirm with the competition office by telephone.
If there is a team logo LOGO, you can send the logo file together with the registration form to the organizing committee (greater than 300DPI), which will be used to make the commemorative cultural shirt. If the registration email contains the team logo LOGO, it will be deemed that the participating team agrees to print the logo on the commemorative cultural shirt.
