On December 3-6, the "2010 Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and Fujian University Inter-Port Orienteering Cross-Road Race Championships and the 2010 Guangdong University Orienteering Championships", sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Student Sports Federation, co-organized by Zhaoqing College, undertaken by Lianzhou Middle School, and supported by Shenzhen Huaruijian Company, were held at Lianzhou Middle School, Qingyuan City. The leaders of the Sports, Health and Art Department of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and the vice mayor of Qingyuan City attended the opening ceremony of the competition.
The competition consists of four events: short distance, medium distance, integral orientation and 100-meter orientation. There are six groups of men and women in college group A, group B and group C. The short distance, medium distance and integral orientation are conducted at the same time, and the scores are recorded by multiple computers at the same time. The equipment of Huaruijian Company has been tested and operated normally, stably and reliably, providing a solid guarantee for the success of the competition.
After intense competition, Zhaoqing University, Shenzhen University and Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College won the first place in the total score of three groups, namely, A, B and C. The Hong Kong team won the first place in the group total score of the Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and Fujian academic community orienteering cross-country race championship.
