三：Transportation and ticketing fee collection：
1、The purchase of train tickets and train tickets will be charged according to the face of the ticket, plus a handling fee of 5 yuan and a delivery fee of 10 yuan per ticket within Nanchong.
The purchase of train sleeper tickets will be charged according to the face of the ticket, plus a handling fee of 30 yuan and a delivery fee of 10 yuan per ticket in Nanchong.
