Supplementary Notice No. 1 of 2011 National Student Orienteering Cross-country Championship

The 2011 National Student Orienteering Cross-Country Championship is about to be held. In order to cooperate with the Organizing Committee of the Games to do a good job in the organization of the competition and successfully complete the competition, the following supplementary notice about the competition is hereby given:

2、 Related matters:
（1） In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the competition, all participating units are not allowed to enter the urban area of Nanchong for training and competition before the registration of the competition. Once found, the participating units will be disqualified from the competition.
（2） About registration: Some athletes failed to pass the qualification examination due to incomplete or unqualified data uploading (unclear ID card uploading, student ID card or student ID card without official seal, etc.). Please complete the data before July 3 for the final qualification examination.
（3） About registration:
1. All participating teams must register online before 17:30 on July 5, and send the electronic registration form to the mailbox of the China Students Orientation Association: socn88@163.com , no longer accepted if overdue. At the same time, please bring the original sealed application form to the registration site and submit it to the organizing committee.
2. This year's participating teams of sports colleges and universities are reported to Group A and B of colleges and universities;
3. Each unit is limited to five men and five women in high school group A and group B;
4. All units participating in the competition this year must be members of the China Students Orienteering Association.
（4） About membership:
1. Download the "application form" from the website of China Student Orienteering Association www.socn.org, fill it in, the school leader signs and seals it, and then fax it to the office of China Student Orienteering Association, fax number: 0731-88822644;
2. Please take the sealed original application form to the competition registration site and submit it to the Chinese Students Orientation Association;
3. Member schools should pay a membership fee of 1000 yuan per year. The membership fee can be directly transferred to the designated account of Hunan University, or paid at the competition registration site.

（5） About registration:
1. If a team needs to register on the 22nd, please contact the conference team to make arrangements at your own expense.
2. The original student ID card and second-generation ID card must be brought with you when you check in, and the fingerprint should be entered at the check in place.
3. The entry certificate must be downloaded and filled in according to the requirements, and attached with photos, leaders' signatures and the official seal of the school, otherwise it will be deemed as invalid. Specification of entry certificate: 9 cm wide (horizontal), 12 cm long (vertical).
4. In accordance with the provisions of the Competition Rules, the team leaders, coaches and athletes who have not handled "personal accident insurance" (including the way to and from the competition area and during the competition) will not be allowed to participate in the competition, and the amount of insurance shall not be less than 200000. Those who have not handled insurance procedures can handle insurance at the registration site.
5. If you need to change the athletes and the representative team of the event, please go through the change procedures at the China Student Orientation Association at the time of registration and pay the change fee of 50 yuan per item. Any change without the consent of the China Student Orientation Association shall be deemed as invalid.
（6） Pay the game deposit
1. The leader of each representative team must sign the commitment letter of fair competition and pay the game deposit of 1000 yuan when registering, as the guarantee deposit for the violation of the discipline of the congress, the regulations of social security management, and the violation of the athlete's qualification during the competition.
2. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the game for the team (member) who has not found any violation of discipline.
（7） About the registration of the teacher group
"The 7th National Surveying and Mapping Staff Orienteering Off-road" has set up a teaching group, and all coaches can sign up for the competition. The competition is short distance. For details, please refer to the "Rules of the 7th National Surveying and Mapping Staff Orienteering Cross-country Competition"
