Notice on 2014 Annual Meeting of Directional Branch
Members:
In order to promote the work exchange of the branch, strengthen the information communication, and better summarize the work in 2014, the 2015 work plan has been formulated. With the approval of the China University Sports Association, the annual meeting of the directional branch of the China University Sports Association will be held in Guangzhou from December 14 to 16, 2014, and the meeting will be hosted by Zhongshan University. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Participants:
The chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general, deputy secretary-general, heads of professional committees, representatives of member units, and representatives of units interested in joining the branch of China University Sports Association.
2、 Schedule:
（1） Check in on December 14
（2） December 15
Morning: plenary meeting, special report
Afternoon: headmaster campus orientation ("running") experience competition
（3） Depart on December 16
3、 Expenses
Conference fee: 900 yuan (round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by yourself)
4、 Meeting content:
（1） Summary of the work of the branch in 2014
（2） Main work plan for 2015
（3） Special reports, meetings of professional committees and representatives' speeches and exchanges
（4） Recognition of outstanding contributions in 2013-2014

6、 Description:
（1） See the subsequent supplementary notice for the meeting registration place, accommodation standards and traffic tips.
（2） The "receipt" must be sent to the directional branch of the China University Sports Association (electronic version and fax version) before November 30, 2014; All round-trip buses/air tickets are booked online, and the organizing committee will not arrange ticket booking.
（3） If you have any suggestions and opinions on the work of the Association, please also tell us in the "receipt". We will compile the suggestions and proposals submitted by the representatives before November 30 and discuss the key issues during the meeting. For those who fail to submit the receipt within the specified time, due to the tight meeting time, their temporary proposal will not be arranged for discussion.
