All participating units:
After study, the "Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Cup" 2014 National Orienteering Cross-country Invitational Tournament will be held in Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort from November 28 to 30, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Competition process

2、 Sports team report
Each sports team will report to the lobby of Yangcheng Peninsula Hotel, Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Business Tour, Suzhou Industrial Park, from 14:00 to 18:00 on November 28, collect the order book and other relevant information of the event, and pay the relevant fees. 3、 Joint meeting
A joint meeting of judges, leaders and coaches will be held at 19:00 p.m. on November 28 in the conference room of Yangcheng Peninsula Hotel, Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Business Travel, Suzhou Industrial Park. All participating teams must send leaders and coaches to attend on time, and other personnel are not allowed to attend in place, otherwise they will not accept the team's complaints about the contents of this joint meeting.
4、 Venue information (subject to the actual information of the game map)
1. Short distance race
The scale is 1:4000, the contour distance is 2 meters, and the implementation specification is ISSOM2007. The park site is slightly undulating, with general permeability and good running performance.
Dressing suggestions: professional directional clothing, both long and short, iron nail shoes are not recommended
2. 100-meter race
The scale is 1:1000, the contour distance is 1m, and the implementation specification is ISSOM2007. The park site is characterized by small undulation, good accessibility and many hard roads.
Dressing suggestions: professional directional clothing, both long and short, and iron nail shoes are not allowed
3. Team game
The scale is 1:5000, the contour distance is 2.5 meters, and the implementation specification is ISSOM2007. The park site is slightly undulating, with general permeability and good running performance.

5、 Recommended accommodation:
1. For those who need accommodation, the organizer has recommended some economical and fast hotels that are closest to the venue and convenient for transportation. Please see Annex 2 for details;
