Notice on Holding the Pre-competition Training Camp of the 2016 National Student Orienteering Championship

The 2016 National Student Orienteering Championship will be held in Xingyi City, the capital of Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, from July 17 to 24, 2016. In order to help the teams improve the effectiveness of pre-match training, Shenzhen Huaruijian Industrial Co., Ltd. and Beijing Compass Sports Development Co., Ltd. plan to organize pre-match training camps in Xingren County and Qinglong County, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province from July 9 to 15, 2016. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

3、 Training Camp Highlights
According to the characteristics of the 2016 National Student Orienteering Championships, customized services are provided.
(1) Customization of training venue: according to the technical information of the competition, select the new and most suitable venue adjacent to the county as the training venue.
(2) Customization of training map: map a new orientation map for the training camp according to the technical information of the competition, and use the map printing method of the National Student Championships - color inkjet printing to print the map on the color inkjet printing paper.
(3) Training route customization: route design and setting are carried out in different levels.
(4) Customization of clocking and timing system: provide the opportunity to experience Huaruijian's third-generation electronic clocking and timing system.
4、 Time and place
(1) Time: July 9-15, 2016, 7 days in total. Report for duty on July 8, open on the 9th and close on the 15th.
(2) Venue: Xingren County and Qinglong County of Qianxinan Prefecture (adjacent to the competition site), with Xingren County as the base camp.
5、 Organization, service form and service content
The training camp will provide various types of services for the participating teams to choose from in various aspects to fully meet the needs of the participating teams.
(1) Service form
1. Full service
The training team will be provided with maps and routes, training organization, route setting (distribution), technical and tactical analysis, personalized guidance services, as well as accommodation and transportation to and from the training site during the training.
2. Semi-self-service
Provide the training team with maps and routes, and provide the setting (layout) and departure organization of medium distance, long distance, points, and team entry routes. Assist the training team in contacting accommodation and transportation to and from the training site.
3. Full self-service
Provide maps for training teams. Other training matters shall be arranged by the participants themselves.
(2) Organizational form
In order to ensure training efficiency, the number of people in each training session on each venue is controlled through classified services; Each game provides multiple routes to improve the starting efficiency, and provides more training opportunities for the players who are in good training condition on the spot.
(3) Training ground
It provides many sites, such as rural village sites, countryside sites and campus 100-meter directional sites. The specific quantity is determined according to the local site suitability and the progress of mapping.
(4) Training content
It is mainly based on comprehensive training, supplemented by decomposition training. Comprehensive training will be carried out through simulation games, including two games of short distance, medium distance and long distance (limited to elite group of colleges and universities, professional group of colleges and universities, military academy group and elite group of high school), points (except elite group of colleges and universities, professional group of colleges and universities, military academy group and elite group of high school), 100-meter and short-distance mixed relay and team race.
Arrange technical and tactical decomposition training such as map reading training, north compass training and departure tactical training for the team receiving the whole service.
(5) Training grading
Route design is divided into general and advanced levels according to technical difficulty, and each level is divided into normal and smooth states according to the training state on the spot to implement route design and training organization.
Each course provides two sets of routes, general and advanced (only advanced routes are available for long distance), and each set of routes includes two routes. When organizing the training, the participating athletes are divided into two groups to set out and complete route 1 and 2 respectively. Athletes who are in good physical condition and in good training condition can continue to complete another route after completing one route.
6、 Risk description
(1) Possible risks
1. Safety risks: slippery roads, falls, falls, insects and snakes, heatstroke, traffic accidents, etc. in rainy days.
2. Force majeure: thunderstorm and other natural disasters may interrupt the training, resulting in that the training cannot be carried out as planned. The organizer will negotiate with the participants to adjust the plan and arrangement, but the organizer will not bear any losses of any participants.
3. Environmental risk: orienteering is a green sport, but it also has potential environmental risks. All leaders and coaches should strengthen the environmental protection education and management of athletes. All accidents caused by environmental protection shall be borne by each team and compensated.
4. Life custom risk: the training place is the gathering place of ethnic minorities, and the training team should respect local laws and customs. All accidents caused by disrespect for local laws and customs shall be borne by each team and compensated.
(2) Insurance
Each team must purchase corresponding outdoor sports insurance. The insurance amount shall not be less than 200000 yuan per person. Shenzhen Huaruijian Industrial Co., Ltd. purchases third-party liability insurance for the training camp.
(3) Disclaimer
1. Each team must sign the "Letter of Commitment for Participants in the Pre-competition Training Camp of the 2016 National Student Orienteering Championships" signed by the team leader, coach and all participants and stamped with the official seal of the unit. The organizer will not be responsible for any accident caused by the health and ability of the participants.
2. For the units that participate in the training camp in the form of semi-self-help and full-self-help, the sponsor is responsible for coordinating and providing technical support for the smooth implementation of the event. It cannot provide guarantee for the teams to avoid accidents, nor does it assume any responsibility.
6、 Industry self-discipline
The healthy development of directional sports industry depends on the standardization and self-discipline of the industry. The training camp requires all participating teams to strengthen the construction of self-discipline in the industry, and seriously refuse or stop the behavior of obtaining or providing training maps and routes through channels other than the sponsor. Once found, the sponsor will investigate the legal responsibility of the above persons.
7、 Registration and registration
(1) Registration regulations
The whole service is limited to 15 teams, including 5 teams in the university group, 5 teams in the high school group and 5 teams in the junior high school group.
(2) Registration method
Download the application form and the Commitment Letter of Group Participants at Shenzhen Huaruijian Industrial Co., Ltd. or the website of Beijing Compass Sports Development Co., Ltd. Fill in the relevant information as required and send the application form to the email and call the above units.
Registration deadline: June 30, 2016.
(3) Check in
At the time of registration, the "Commitment Letter for Group Participants" and the corresponding outdoor sports insurance policy and ID card copy shall be submitted. Other registration matters will be notified separately.

8、 Charging standard and payment method
(1) Full service
The service fee is 550 yuan per person per day for the university group and 600 yuan per person per day for the middle school group (including all accompanying personnel). The middle school team requires the coaches to arrange the athletes to study at night, and the sponsor is responsible for supervision.
(2) Semi-self-service
The service fee is 5000 yuan for each group and each team is calculated as 8 athletes. Teams with less than 8 athletes will be counted as 8, and teams with more than 8 players will be charged 550 yuan for each more than 1 player.
Accommodation standards of 100 yuan, 120 yuan, 150 yuan and 200 yuan are provided, and the specific standards are determined by the participants and accommodation service providers through consultation.
The transportation fee is about 30 yuan per person per day, and the specific standard is determined by the participants and the transportation service provider through negotiation.
(3) Full self-service
The training service fee is 4000 yuan for each group and each team is calculated as 8 athletes. Teams with less than 8 athletes will be counted as 8, and teams with more than 8 players will be charged 450 yuan for each more than 1 player.
(4) Payment method
