Notice on Payment of Participation Fees for 2018 National Student Orienteering Championships
All participating units:
The cost statistics of the 2018 National Student Orienteering Championships have been completed. Please pay the cost in time according to the following requirements.
1、 Payment time: June 18 - July 3, 2018.
2、 Entry fee: see the attached table for details.
3、 Payment method: corporate transfer.

4、 Description:
1. The entry fee includes the entry fee, accommodation fee and the insurance fee for the participants. All participants (including leaders and coaches) will be covered by the organizing committee for "personal accident insurance" during the competition, with a premium of 40 yuan per person and an amount of 300000 yuan per person for accidental injury. Please send the electronic version and scanned copy (above 200 points) of the "2018 National Student Orienteering Championship Participants' Insurance List" (including all persons appearing on the application form) to the designated mailbox before July 6（ jcg2163116@163.com ）, and call the contact person for confirmation; The organizing committee will insure all the people who appear on the application form.
2. The entry fee is calculated according to the valid registration form submitted by each participant. In order to ensure that the event is held as scheduled, the application for registration change will not be accepted once it is announced.
3. Units that register to participate in multiple group competitions should transfer money separately according to the group.
4. In order to ensure the orderly preparation of the event, all participants must complete the transfer before July 3, 2018. We will prepare the order book, number cloth and other match materials according to the actual payment. If it fails to pay the bid within the time limit, it will be deemed as voluntarily giving up the competition, and the organizing committee will cancel the qualification of the unit. Individual units that have completed the registration and cannot participate on schedule due to special reasons must submit a written application to the branch before July 3, 2018; Otherwise, it will be dealt with according to the Rules of Chinese Students' Hiking Orienteering Competition.
5. If the unit that has paid the participation fee cannot participate in the competition due to its own reason, the fee will not be refunded. The organizer will issue a legal bill for the "2018 National Student Orienteering Championship Entry Fee".
6. When transferring money, each unit must note that the XXX school XXX group 2018 National Student Orientation Championship entry fee, the name of the school must be completely written. After the transfer, you must scan the transfer voucher and send an email to the organizer's mailbox, and confirm by SMS [SMS template: * * school has remitted * * yuan to the account (1610 9010 0100 0861 4600 05) on * * day, please check it. Contact person (Zhang San), contact information (1xxxxxxx)]. At the same time, all units are required to keep the transfer voucher and check it on the day of check-in. The organizing committee will not be responsible for checking and issuing final invoices for units without transfer vouchers or unclear remarks.
