Guangdong College of Pharmacy is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. The campus covers an area of more than 3,000 acres and has more than 20,000 students. It has a history of developing orienteering for nearly a decade, from orienteering team training to orienteering course teaching. In the after-school orienteering club activities, orienteering has taken root, blossomed and bear fruit on the campus of Guangdong College of Pharmacy. Beginning in 2003, the school held a school-wide orienteering competition (Guangyao Cup) every year. In 2008, in order to meet the needs of students to participate in orienteering, the school held two school-wide orienteering competitions (Guangyao Cup) every year.
