From June 19th to 20th, 2010, the annual Hong Kong-wide coaching training course was held at the Hong Kong Olympic Building. At the invitation of the Hong Kong Orienteering Association, the Chinese Orienteering Association selected national team coaches, Guangdong Zhongshan Memorial Middle School Wang Chang went to Hong Kong for exchanges in the coach. On the morning of June 20th, Wang Chang gave a lecture on how to select elementary and middle school student athletes, form school orientation teams, formulate annual training plans, physical fitness training for elementary and middle school students orienteering athletes, and how to improve the level of orienteering for middle school students. Nearly a hundred coaches in Hong Kong communicated face to face. In this lecture, Wang Chang gave a detailed introduction to the coaches on the good momentum of domestic orientation development and how to focus on the training of primary and secondary schools, especially the training of athletes' physical fitness and will quality, which has been highly recognized by coaches in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Orienteering Association convenes coaches and deep-funded experts from all over Hong Kong for training, aiming to improve the orientation level of primary and secondary school students. During the meeting, Li Zhijian, the chairman of the Hong Kong Orienteering Association, spoke highly of the development of China's orienteering level, especially the outstanding performance of the national team in the World Championships, and the rapid improvement of the orientation level of domestic middle school students. In this coaching training, it is the first time that Chinese middle school coaches and Hong Kong coaches have a comprehensive study on how to improve the orientation level of primary and secondary schools and improve the orientation skills of young people, which has further increased the orientation exchanges between the two places. .
