The 2013 National Student Orienteering Cross-country Championship is scheduled to be held in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, from August 15 to 21, 2013. The relevant matters concerning the dispatch of arbitration and referees are hereby notified as follows:

2、 The competition will continue to be serious about the competition style and discipline. Please carefully study the spirit of relevant documents to ensure that the competition is fair, fair and open.
3、 The referee will take an examination after registering. The scope of the examination includes the basic knowledge of orienteering, the Measures for the Administration of National Orienteering Referees, the Rules of China Hiking Orienteering Competition (2008), the Rules for Referees of China Student Sports Association, and the working process of orienteering judges. It is required to pass the exam (60 points). In principle, those who fail to meet the standard will not be assigned a referee task, but will be assigned secretarial work in the competition area. The exam results will also be used as one of the basis for selecting judges in the future. Please prepare carefully.
4、 The General Assembly will reimburse the travel expenses of the above-mentioned personnel in accordance with the financial regulations.
5、 Matters not covered will be notified separately.
