Notice of 2013 Annual Meeting of Orienteering Branch
Members:
In order to promote the work exchange of the branch, strengthen the information communication, and better summarize the work in 2013, the 2014 work plan has been formulated. With the approval of the China University Sports Association, the Orienteering Sports Branch of the China University Sports Association is scheduled to hold the 2013 annual meeting at Hanshan Normal University, Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, from December 29 to 31, 2013. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Participants:
The chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general, deputy secretary-general, heads of professional committees, representatives of member units, and representatives of units interested in joining the directional sports branch of China University Sports Association.
2、 Schedule:
（1） Check in on December 29
（2） December 30
Morning: plenary meeting, special report
Afternoon: professional committee meeting and representative discussion
（3） Depart on December 31
3、 Expenses
Conference fee: 900 yuan (round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by yourself)
4、 Meeting content:
（1） Summary of the work of the branch in 2013
（2） Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Branch
（3） Branch organization and personnel adjustment
（4） Main work plan for 2014
（5） Special reports, meetings of professional committees and representatives' speeches and exchanges

6、 Description:
（1） See the subsequent supplementary notice for the meeting registration place, accommodation standards and traffic tips.
（2） The "receipt" must be sent to the Orienteering Branch of the China University Sports Association (electronic version and fax version) before December 20, 2013; All round-trip buses/air tickets are booked online, and the organizing committee will not arrange ticket booking.
（3） If you have any suggestions and opinions on the work of the Association, please also tell us in the "receipt". We will compile the suggestions and proposals submitted by representatives before December 20 and discuss the key issues during the meeting. For those who fail to submit the receipt within the specified time, due to the tight meeting time, their temporary proposal will not be arranged for discussion. Supplementary Notice of 2013 Annual Meeting of Orienteering Branch of China University Sports Association
All relevant units:
The registration and accommodation plan for the 2013 annual meeting has been determined, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、 Check-in location
Chaozhou Chaozhou Hotel
Address: No. 1, Chaofeng Road, Chaozhou (intersection of Chaofeng Road and Yonghu Road), Tel: 0768-2333333.
2、 Reporting time
At 14:00-24:00 on December 29, 2013, the meeting did not accept early check-in.
3、 Departure time
Before 14:00 on December 31, 2013.
4、 Housing type and cost:
Standard double room: A, 145 yuan/bed; B. 185 yuan/bed; C. 195 yuan/bed;
Single (large bed) room: D, 290 yuan/bed; E. 370 yuan/bed; F. 390 yuan/bed.
Please make sure to indicate the type of housing to be accommodated in the meeting receipt.
5、 Transportation guide:
1. Airplane: 23km from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport, you can take taxi or airport express to Chaozhou Hotel directly. Airport Express flights: from the airport to Chaozhou at 08:00, 09:30, 10:30, 11:45, 13:00, 14:15, 15:30, 16:45, 18:00, 19:15, 21:00 (after 21:00, the train departs at the peak of flight arrival).
2. Train: About 7 kilometers from the railway station, you can take a taxi or urban bus to Chaozhou Hotel.
3. Bus: about 60 meters from the bus terminal. It is about 1 km away from Chaozhou Expressway Special Line Station (Ximengu Station). About 2.6 kilometers away from Mengshi passenger transport.
4. High-speed railway: the Shenzhen-Xiamen high-speed railway through Chaozhou will be opened at the end of this month. Please pay attention to relevant websites for specific information.
