Group Settings
1. Elite men's group and elite women's group (applicants must have participated in the provincial orienteering competition and entered the top ten; age and nationality are not limited)
2. Adult men's group, adult women's group (over 18 years old, nationality unlimited)
3. Young men's group, young women's sister (teenagers aged 13 to 18, nationality unlimited)
4. International Student Group (required to be foreign students in China, regardless of gender)
5. Parent-child group (parent-child group consists of at least one child under the age of 13 and at least one parent)
6. Experience group (only accept on-site registration)
[Participants]
1. Orienteering fans, primary and secondary schools, clubs, industry associations, units, families or individuals, orienteering teams from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and universities, and foreign students from all over the country can form their own teams to compete. Each team can report for a leader, 1-2 coaches, and an unlimited number of athletes.
[Registration regulations and methods]
1. All personnel of the short-distance race and the 100-meter orienteering race can sign up for participation, and each unit is not limited to person-times;
2. All personnel of the three-person team competition shall sign up for participation after forming a team;
3. Those who sign up for individual competitions can also form teams to participate in team competitions;
4. All applicants must be students or adults who have been checked by the hospital and proved to be healthy and fit for the competition.
[Rank Admission and Reward Measures]
1. The top six awards of the competition group:
Team competition: first place: 2000 yuan, second place: 1000 yuan, third place: 500 yuan; The first three places will be awarded certificates and trophies at the same time, and the fourth to sixth places will be awarded prizes and certificates.
Individual competition: first place: 500 yuan, second place: 300 yuan, third place: 200 yuan; The first three places will be awarded certificates and medals at the same time, and the fourth to sixth places will be awarded prizes and certificates.
2. The experience group only provides experience opportunities without ranking and rewards.
[Competition method]
1. The latest Rules of Orienteering Competition (for Trial Implementation) approved by the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of this orienteering competition shall be implemented.
2. The starting mode of athletes is determined by the Arbitration Commission, and the starting order is determined by computer random drawing.
3. The referee is selected by the organizer.
4. During the competition, athletes must wear sportswear, sports shoes, number cloth (provided by the conference), and complete the competition independently with the special compass (provided by themselves).
5. Penalty provisions: In any of the following cases, the result will be invalid or disqualified:
1) Members of the delegation leave the reserve area without permission;
2) Those who accept or provide help for others, such as pointing the way, finding points, etc;
3) Those who use vehicles and communication tools in the competition;
4) The coach (team leader) fails to concentrate in the designated area as required during the competition;
5) Athletes who fail to start in accordance with the specified batch;
6) Those who lose the finger card, number cloth and map during the competition;
7) Athletes who finish the competition and fail to print their scores at the finish line in time (within 5 minutes);
8) If coaches, leaders and athletes enter the competition venue without permission during the competition time, their team results will be cancelled.
6. Other processing:
1) If an athlete is unable to complete the competition due to injury, illness or other reasons during the competition, he/she can withdraw from the competition by himself/herself. After withdrawal, he/she must report to the finish line as soon as possible;
2) The coach shall submit a written report to the final referee if the athlete withdraws from the competition for some reason before departure.
7. If the event cannot be held as scheduled due to weather and other special reasons on the day of the event, the time of the event will be renegotiated by the organizer.
8. Appeal: Anyone who has any objection to the performance, qualification and judgment of the contestants must submit a "Complaint Report" signed by the leader to the organizing committee within one hour after the announcement of the competition results.
[Safety management]
1. The participating teams need to strengthen internal management, strict discipline, and implement the responsibility system of leading the team in the whole process;
2. Athletes must be healthy and fit to participate in orienteering cross-country competition. All representative teams are required to have a health check before the competition;
3. The team leader (coach) shall carry out publicity and education on the prevention of infectious diseases, food poisoning and other safety knowledge for the participants, and enhance the safety awareness and self-protection awareness of the participants;
4. Participants are not allowed to organize travel or participate in swimming without permission during the competition.

[Joint meeting]
The joint meeting of the referee, team leader and coach will be held at the registration place at 19:30 on the registration day. Each participating team must send a leader or coach to attend on time, and no other person is allowed to attend instead. Otherwise, the team will not accept the complaints about the contents of this joint meeting.
[Entry fee]
1. Registration fee: 150 yuan/person (a 105 yuan Chinahealth timekeeping card and a 50 yuan cultural T-shirt will be presented).
2. All participating units and individuals are required to complete the transfer of the registration fee before November 14, 2014. We will carry out the preparation of the order book, number cloth, finger card and other event conditions based on the actual completion of the payment. If you do not pay the fee within the time limit, you will be deemed to have given up the competition voluntarily and will not prepare any conditions for it. After successful transfer, all participants must keep the transfer voucher provided by the bank, and check the entry fee on the registration day with the transfer voucher of the entry fee.

[Timing system and finger card]
1. The competition uses the Chinahealth electronic clocking and timing system produced by Shenzhen Huaruijian Company designated by the China University Sports Association.
2. Shenzhen Huaruijian Company will uniformly present the chinahealth electronic timekeeping finger card. All participating units and individuals do not need to bring another finger card to participate.
[Map, number cloth and north compass]
1. The match map is provided by the organizer, which is the newly produced standard orienteering map, and the executive standard is ISSOM2007. The map is A4 in size and printed with laser color.
2. Athletes must wear a number cloth to participate in the competition. The number cloth is provided by the organizer.
3. Please bring the compass and other personal equipment with you or purchase them at the event center.
