Notice on Registration for the 2019 Chinese Students Orienteering Championship

Members:
The 2019 Chinese Students Orienteering Championships will be registered through the network system. All member units are invited to enter the "Event Registration" homepage of the branch website and register in strict accordance with the registration process and requirements. The registration system is PC version and does not support mobile browser. The preparation time for the event is urgent. Please register in time.
1、 All units are requested to complete the system registration before July 9. The system will be closed at 0:00 on July 10, and no registration will be accepted. Contact: Liu Hengsheng (13051838311), Zhou Ming (18813055768).
2、 All units are requested to name and send the scanned documents after sealing the application form to the designated mailbox as required before July 12, and call the designated contact person for confirmation. Overdue will not be accepted. Contact: Qin Renyue, Email: cuoa@vip.163.com , Tel: 17801040912. The registration documents include: 1. Word format registration form; 2. The scanned copy of the registration form (one copy of each 300-point jpg format scanned document printed and stamped with the official seal); 3. Photos of leaders/coaches and athletes. Mail without any item is considered invalid and will not be accepted.
3、 Email name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Materials"; Folder name: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group"; Name of the registration form: "Unit Code - * * School * * Group Registration Form"; The photo shall be named directly by name and no number shall be attached. Mail not named according to the requirements shall be deemed invalid and not accepted.
4、 The registration photos must comply with the technical standards of digital photos for the second generation of resident ID card issued and issued by the Ministry of Public Security: the photos used must be the recent bareheaded color head portrait, without standard clothing, and the residents who often wear glasses should wear glasses, with the head accounting for 2/3 of the size of the photo, the white background has no frame, the portrait is clear, the level is rich, the appearance is natural, and there is no obvious distortion, the photo size: 32mm × 26mm； Pixel specification: 358 pixels (wide) × 441 pixels (high), resolution 350dpi; Color mode: 24-bit RGB true color. The participating unit is responsible for the quality of the photos. If the photos fail to meet the standards, the participating unit or athlete shall bear all the responsibilities.
5、 In 2018, the university signed up to participate in the elite group or professional group competition of the university, but the undergraduate colleges and universities that did not have students from sports colleges and departments and high-level athletes (including all sports events) can only participate in the competition of the undergraduate group C.
6、 If there is a registered card number, it must be filled in. Our company has a finger card (card number 91 * * *, with the logo of the branch) from the previous competition. You can choose to fill in the finger card number and bring your own finger card to participate; It can also be left blank. The organizing committee will provide the card uniformly and use it for free. (Suggestion: avoid that an organization has its own card and needs the organizing committee to provide individual card).
7、 If all steps of the process are reviewed and returned more than 3 times (inclusive), the review documents of the unit will not be accepted. Please read the registration process carefully and upload data and registration as required.
